Lot 1 - 1983 Butterflies Set of 3

Issued in Australia in June 1983 is the start of an ongoing 'Butterflies' collection.  This set includes the 4cent, 10cent and 20cent stamps.

The first in this set is the Regent Skipper, a unique and ancient butterfly found only on the east coast of Australia. 

Second is the Cairns Birdwing, Australia's largest Butterfly and third is the Macleays Swallow Tail, a common species native to Eastern Australia and Tasmania.
